Helen P wanted to thank all the carers and office staff for the wonderful care we are providing for her mum.

Janet said she was very happy with Ellie who is an exceptional carer, who always goes above and beyond and genuinely cares.

Andrew O stated they are over the moon with the care we are providing for his mum. He said “The girls are so caring and professional“

Tracey stated that she and her sister want to thank the office staff and carers for all they are doing to support, she stated they are really pleased with all our carers. The carers have good communication and are the best team they have had caring for their father Bernard.

Tina is the most supportive manager I have ever worked with. She is compassionate, friendly and kind always putting the client’s needs first. Tina is always on the front line and is very approachable making time to listen if ever we have either a work or personal issue.

Amanda is an exceptional person, a very hands on General Manager, she is supportive and encourages her colleagues and wouldn’t ask anyone to do anything that she wouldn’t do herself.  She is respected in her position by all staff and always puts others first.

Amanda ensures all Customers needs are met to maintain their well-being independence and ensures care is delivered in a person- centred way.
