Hi my name is Jazzmin Kenny, I am the Care Manager for At Home Specialists In Care Leeds. I am proud to have over 12 years’ experience in the Health and Adult Care sector and through training, experience and personal development I have progressed into my role as Care Manager. I cannot imagine working in a different industry, working in care comes from the heart. I am passionate about my role, helping others and making a difference in people’s lives.

Providing safe, high quality care and meeting the needs and outcomes for our customers in their own homes is my core motivation. I believe everyone is unique in their own way and I am dedicated to continually driving person-centred planning and care, one type should never fit all.

Our care team have enhanced DBS checks and are highly trained through our in house trainer, Rachel Walton who has over 5 years’ experience in delivering exceptional care training. Our dedicated and skilled care team deliver a service that is truly tailor made for each customer. Promoting positive outcomes and choice.

On a personal level, I was born and raised in Wakefield with my family. When I was at the age of 21 I emigrated to Australia for 6 years, where I had the amazing opportunity of traveling the country and working in the adult care and disability sector, before returning to my home town to continue to my career in the Home Care provision with At Home Specialists in Care.
